Star Wars: “May the fourth be with you”

Today is an annual day where Star Wars fans informally commemorate the Star Wars franchise. This therefore felt timely to think about our own potential to grow and become stronger. So what is the relationship to Star Wars and counselling ?

I was considering how the messages within the Star Wars theme could be brought to life through working to consider who we are, what we may find is stopping us from reaching our potentials and how we can avoid the dark side ?

Jeidi train alone but also have a someone guiding them

During a Counselling relationship someone can enter therapy knowing they want to move forward but may feel stuck, alone, anxious, low, or stressed. The counsellor can be there alongside them to encourage, to see them, to hear them and work towards unlocking potential.

The dark side is something that is always pulling against the force

There are times where we have unhelpful internal messages, which we may not want but are not sure what to do with. They could be pulling you back from reaching potential. An example could be that there is a drive “to be perfect” where “good enough” would be a more helpful and less demanding way forward.

Luke battles to manage his emotions

There are times where emotions feel too much so we could find it safest to hide them or avoid them. Counselling maybe able to give space to feelings, to learn about how they are for you and what you may want to do with them. It could be a chance to unlock the emotions and stop the battle.

If you are finding things difficult, it could be that you feel stuck, low, or anxious. There may be concerns about changes or managing things as things open back up again. Counselling maybe able to help through providing time and space to consider thoughts/ feelings/ experiences.

With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any issues of plagorism
or copyright violation? My website has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement.

Do you know any methods to help protect against content
from being ripped off? I’d definitely appreciate it.

Hi, I believe your blog could be having browser compatibility problems.
Whenever I look at your site in Safari, it looks fine however, when opening
in IE, it has some overlapping issues. I merely wanted to provide you with a quick heads up!

    Aside from that, great website!
