Stress in small amounts can help us keep motivated and complete tasks. If stress stays with us for a long time or feels very intense it may start to impact your physical and mental health.

Physical symptoms such as headaches, upset tummies, not being able to sleep, noticing stiffness, and tension especially in our neck and shoulders, could be worrying signs that we are stressed.

Through counselling we can work together to consider thoughts and a chance to express feelings.
